Filtration Technology Research SAS
Filtration Technology Research (FTR) based in Les Ulis, France, is an R&D organisation conducting research and development in various fields of separation and filtration. It conducts research for third parties under contract whether to characterise products, optimise manufacturing processes, and widen the scope of their application improving their potential use.

It has the capabilities of applying practical norms ISO 14644 to design clean rooms their extensions to products: ISO16890, ISO 10993, NSF 61, of characterising products, logistics and sourcing extensions in world wide. It has a leader position in providing synthetic hollow fibre spinning lines using polymers such as PSU, PES, PVDF, etc. thin film filtration devices for NF and RO separation, and the technology to assemble these into modules used in blood filtration (dialysis) or water treatment (UF, NF and RO modules) using the highest automation technologies.
IMPORTANCE OF FILTRATION
Filtration may be the oldest technology that sustained and developed life on Earth.
You can find it all industries, yet it grew from our modest lives
The dangers to Life on Earth, whether it is hydrocarbon, endocrine disruptor, pesticide, parasite, bacteria, virus, nitrates /nitrites or heavy metals ions such as Lead, Selenium, Copper, Arsenic, or Nickel, require some filtration
The ever-growing industrialization of the world, its unlimited population growth and our consumption trends all lead to increasing pollution that led to making water and air major public health issues.
To guarantee this we apply basic yet simple rules:
Let us not forget that adding degraded the piping transportation canalization adds insult to injury: 1/3 of the “good water” is wasted by leaks
